BdP creates temporary website to control deeds

The communication of property deeds to the Bank of Portugal by notaries, lawyers and solicitors is even to advance this month (March 2022) and although the process is delayed and there is still a lack of regulation, the Central Bank will create a provisional mechanism for this purpose. The objective is to combat fraud and unauthorized financial activities.
